What home means to me

Home Is where my family is and will always be. Yeah we argue, but at the end of the day we will always be there for each other. Home is where I spend time with my family. We watch movies and shows, we play games and laugh all in the comfort of our home. Home is where I can feel safe and where everyone can feel safe whether they visit or stay. I can fall asleep and not be worried about anything at all. Home is where I can find clean food and water. Where I can sit down at the table and have a nicely cooked meal with my family. I can go into the fridge or the cupboard and not feel like I have a limited amount of food I could have. Home means that there are four walls around me and a roof over my head. One of the memories I have is, when I was much much younger, my parents gave me a pudding cup for dessert. They had looked away for a second and when they looked back I had pudding all over me, all over my face, my clothes, my hair, it was everywhere. Our homes are like people. They watch us make memories and keep those memories safe in the walls of our home. That's why when someone moves it is hard for them because there are so many memories tucked away in their walls that they don’t wanna leave behind. This is why home is so important to me and to everyone because it is a place where we can express ourselves and not be judged by the people around us. This is what home means to me.
