The Meaning of Home

Home, what does it mean? Some may think of a home and say “Oh, it’s where I live.” But it’s so much more than that. A home is a place where you feel safe and comfortable, where you can run around screaming, acting completely out of the ordinary and it will be normal. A home is when you come to your house and find your family or even pets waiting for you. Or if there aren’t those things waiting for you then it could even be an object. A home doesn’t have to be a house it’s simply a place of memories, love, exciting moments, and sad ones. A home could be a forest a school or even a town can be considered a home. I remember hitting my head on a gravestone and boy did it hurt but it was ok because my family was beside me. A house is made a home from memories, even the bad ones they are still what makes us who we are.
