What Home Means to Me

To me Home means a place where I can be safe and happy. A home is something that not everyone can have or afford. Some people have a house but they can’t really call it a home. Home is somewhere where I can do almost anything I want. Home is a place where you can feel safe, and powerful with your family and friends. People that have a house but can’t call it a home don't really feel that power and safety. A house is a place where you can play, draw, watch tv, eat, call guests over and so much more! But a home is a place where you feel secure, loved, protected, and powerful. I am very lucky to have a place to call home, and feel that power and safety. I hope others get a chance to have a house where they can feel safety and power. Home is not a house, Home is what's in the house and what makes it a house. Home is where you can make your own decisions or your life easier.
