What I Love About My HOME

Some people think that homes are four wall buildings with a roof but to me my home means a lot more than that. When I walk into my home I feel safe, loved and trusted. Home is where I took my first steps, home is where I made my first snow fort, home is where I had my first Christmas and home is where I said my first word. There are a lot of things I love about my home but most of all, I love the people in it. The people in my home are my mom and dad, my sister, my 2 brothers, my cat and my dog. I love them so much they always help me when I'm feeling stressed or sad. Home is also where we make a lot of our first mistakes. When we make mistakes at home we learn from them and it’s like we're practicing for when we are outside our home. I love my home and I think just because some people aren't as fortunate as other people, they should still have a home to love too.
