What A Home Means To Me

A home is not just a place where a person lives, but also a place to share with family and pets. I am happy to have a nice home to live in. I have my own room and my sister has her own room. My cat sleeps in my room sometimes and she loves sleeping in my mom and dad’s room. Her favorite place to sleep is the window and on her cat tree. My home makes me feel safe and happy, and it also holds so many memories, ones that have come to mean so much. In my home, my family and I have shared many traditions, many laughs, many tears, and many moments that make my home feel special and cared for. My home is close to a park and walking trails that I am able to enjoy and have fun exploring. My home is strong like my family. It keeps us warm, gives us space to move around in and keeps us secure. I am so thankful to have a home like mine because it’s not just a home, it’s a place where I have grown up in and continue to love. It’s a place that is a part of me.
