Most people think home is just a shelter, but no, home is where you should feel safe, loved, and respected. Home is where you should feel the warmth of comfy blankets in your bed. Home is where you can smell the food cooked by your family. At home, you should feel happiness flowing through the room and sadness. washing away by the warm and loving touch of your family. Home is where you are able to curl up on the couch, watching a movie with your family. Home is where it doesn't matter whether you are rich or poor. Your home could be small and broken but healthy and happy, or big and fancy but unhealthy, sad, and uncomfortable. Home is where you're encouraged to grow and follow your dreams, laugh and sing, and make memories. Home is a judgement-free zone where your ideas are accepted. Home is where you can invite friends over without feeling embarrassed. Home is where you can share your secrets without the words leaving the house.
