What Home Means To Me?

What Home Means To Me Home isn’t just a house, or a place. It’s not a deck of cards with an ace. It’s not the things that we have. It’s not even where we are at. It’s the ones that we’re with. It’s the love that we give. It’s the ground and the trees, It’s the dirt on our knees. It’s our roots and our love, From the ones up above. It’s the meaningful memories, It’s the differences and everything. Even when it’s over, you won’t hesitate to roll over. You’ll cherish and give, For all that you live. Be thankful and kind, for all of this time. The wind in your face, The living, the race. And when you find yourself in a dark black hole, remember to find the love, and to find your home. I hope that this message means something to you, For it means something to me, honestly, too. But if this is nothing, I understand. You can’t affect everyone in the land. If this does make a difference, even a little one at all, Let me be thankful, now I will stand tall.
