Meaning of Home

Home for some people is just a building where you live, sleep, eat, and play but not for me. I live in a brick house with wood but that’s not what my home is like to me. My home gives me shelter and comfort, when I'm feeling upset, nervous, sad, and even mad. It’s like I have a friend with me saying “You can do it, I believe in you.” But it's just the comfort of my home. My grandparents, parents, and my brother live in my home. No matter where my home is, anywhere in the world, as long as I'm with my family, I'm home. Even if I am home alone with my mom or dad or brother, I am still home with my family. No matter what, home is life, love, hope, faith, and dreams, as long as those are with me, I'm home. Freedom is home to me as well, everyone deserves a home. That is exactly why I wrote this essay. Home is wonderful, and there is no place like it. Home is the world and my family. I don't need anything else to be home. Home is the world around me and my family’s love there is nothing better than home and there’s no place like home.
