The Meaning of Home

When some hear the word home, some may think of a roof and four walls. But home is much, much, more than that. Home is where you laugh, love, and have fun. Your home could be as small as a mouse or as big as an elephant. But in the future, it doesn’t matter where you live, or what house you live in. What matters is that you have a home. In fact, home doesn’t even have to be your own house. It could be a friend’s, relative’s, a shelter, even an orphanage could be considered home. Wherever you feel safe. If you have a place to call home, you are lucky, because not all of us have a home. Some can’t afford a roof to live in or the fancy technology you have. So, be grateful for what you have. Home is where you should feel safe, cared and happy.
