Why Home Means Home

Why Home Means Home Home, home is a place where you can go to Thanksgiving dinner and feel safe. Home is a place where you can smile with your family. Home is a place where you can say, “I feel loved at this home.” A home is a place where you feel safe because a house is a building, it is not yours. A home is yours. That's why a home is a safe place where you know the doors are locked and you know the windows are locked. You are safe at home. In a home you can smile with your family and have fun lifetime memories, ones that you can say to your kids this was my home with MY memories and the ones that make you smile, the ones that make you think I am so glad I lived in my home. I am so happy my family lived with me in my home. At my home I feel loved. I feel that my family can come and just give me a hug and a kiss. I can be loved by my family and I can be sad, and I’m allowed to be sad in my home. When I’m sad I am allowed to just come to my mom and she can tell me a joke and it will make me smile. That is why at my house I am LOVED. Again at my home I feel safe, loved and happy from all of my smiles that I had with my family. I wish that other families can and will be able to experience all the good times I've had in my home.
