Home sweet home Keeps us from the sun Cozy and fun, Calm and relaxing Noisy like the mall Or has no sound at all Can’t play with the ball No fun at all, but a place to call…. Home. I can have parties and cakes I can make a shake And eat pancakes They were not good I have to remake And it was a mistake To make in the first place Home is where we celebrate birthdays And holidays and special days And then they go away And have a good day On Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday Today, tomorrow and yesterday Anyway…. Today I tried to help my Mom To make the dinner But she didn’t let me So I put some salt To make her unhappy She tasted the food And said “Oh No what’s that” And I was in the corner Laughing and giggling So I jiggled myself to my room And started laughing more While my Mom went to the store To buy more food
