My Home

This is my home, where my family and I live, We cherish it greatly for all that it gives. In my home I feel safe, happy and free, There is no other place that I would rather be. My home is protection from the cold and the rain, It’s a place to be free of sadness and pain. Each home is unique, just like you, just like me, It's a place to be yourself, to be comfortable and free. Some people don't have a place to laugh and have fun, But with everybody's help we could make a home for everyone. In my home I make memories and have so much fun. I hope that this poem will help make a home for someone.
