The Meaning of Home to Me

To me home can mean anything: Love, Comfort, Safety but also Teasing, Bullies, Not safe. But the most important is Family, Friends, and everyone who lives with you and protects you. And most of the people at home love you, but I feel like at home with my Family I might pretend to not like them, but on the inside I really love them and some people don’t notice that or don’t feel that until something bad happens. To me home is like somewhere you love, Keeps you safe, And is a barrier of protection and safety, And keeps you safe at times of need, And where you feel comfort. But most importantly it’s the people not the place. I feel like your home can be anywhere or the same looking or different looking but it’s still home and it's MY home and people who I'm living with at home. And when I walk into my home I can hear my family and feel comfort knowing they're there.
