What home means to me

My house is made of bricks and wood But home is where I started my childhood And as the days go on the older I become So I get to learn and have some fun It is were I don’t need to hide my face A place we can all feel safe When I am at home I don’t feel alone I have family in other countries who I can contact by phone I can stay on my bed and dream Until I hear my parents call It calms me because I am at home Home is a place to store my memories And a place to forget my worries I feel most comforted at home It is a place where I can roam and feel free I hope one day everyone will have a place to stay Where they can run and play Where they can feel loved That is what home means to me.
