What Home Means to Me

A home is not just a roof over my head. It's love. It’s family. It's fun. I love my home so much. I know some people don't have a home, and some don't even have a family and that is so sad. When I see a homeless person it makes me want to cry. Every person should have a home. I can't even think how hard it would be to live in a storm. Me and my mom hate the cold weather so it would be horrible to live in the cold weather at night. I made myself go out and stand there for five minutes, so I know how it feels to just stand in the cold. I hated it so much, and I felt so badly for the people that are out there all night and day. I don't think it's right to kick people out of their homes. That should not be allowed. I get really mad when I'm cold. I don't think it is fair to make someone live outside. So what I want to say is that everyone should have a home! I love watching videos of people making the homeless happy, so every person should have a home. My family is the best because they love me and they make me warm. They make me feel safe and happy. They make me laugh and smile because they're so funny. This is what home means to me.
