What Home Means To Me
Have you ever thought about a home? What do you mean by “Home”? Isn’t a house a home?
First, what is the difference between a house and a home? A house is a big box with a roof on top. It has no emotions but still manages to protect you. A home is a place where your thoughts and feelings are expressed. Everyone can have their emotions told, felt, and understood. For example, if you're living in a house, it’s only you in the house. No feelings, no happy thoughts But if you were living in a home, there would be so many feelings. Events can change a house into a home. Like when one of your relatives has passed away. A house with people in it can turn into a home with sad or happy feelings. “Why do we need homes?” Well, if we don’t have homes, we wouldn’t be happy with life. A home has all types of feelings. Feelings can be expressed and much more such as happiness and sadness. When I look at my home, it looks like a color home rather than a home that is only brown. Happiness makes our lives much more fun. Such as when we travel, when we laugh, when we all work hard, it feels very rewarding and that's when we all are happy. It also makes us relaxed so that we are all safe.
This was the meaning of my home. I hope that you guys learned something about what a home is and how it affects our lives.
