What is Home?

Home means something different to each and every person. Some people may not see it, but to me and most other people, home is where your family is. To some people, home is no different than just a house, with walls and a roof over your head, but when you think about it, it really means so much more. Would you really want to just live alone, with no family, even if you lived in the most beautiful, big, warm house in the entire world? Or would you live in a shack, but with a loving, big family and lots of friends. To me, I would rather be with my family wherever life takes us. Being at home means warmth, comfort, food, drink, and best of all, family and friends. When I think about people who may not have a proper home, it makes me sad and mad. Sad because they might not have proper food, water, and warmth, when that is something that everyone should have. Mad because what have they done to deserve that? A proper home is something everyone should have, and without a problem. I am very happy and grateful that I have a nice home, and I am very happy and grateful that groups like Habitat For Humanity are here to help give everyone a home.
