What does home mean to me?

Well home isn’t necessarily a place. Home could be anywhere, it could be with your friends, or it could be while you're reading or even while you cook. For me it’s when I’m with my family and while I read. Home is a feeling, and it’s one of the best actually. Home is where I can be myself without being scared, and you know what, maybe it’s just me that feels this way,and that’s fine because home is a different thing to everyone. Some people may think that a home and a house are the same, but really it’s not. A house has 4 walls and a roof, and a home is what you make of it, the kind people and all the fun memories. Home is where I feel like I can do anything I want. To me, home is when I’m reading. I feel this way because it brings me comfort to read the beautiful words and they even come to life, like I can see what they’re seeing, and sometimes that’s not the very best. It’s like the books are just calling to me. Home is where you fight with your siblings because they are being a huge idiot, home is where you are with your family. It might be where you grew up or where you had your first steps and first words at least that’s the case for me. Home without a family is like a school with no teachers. Now to leave you off with a positive thought, it doesn’t matter if you don’t have a house or don’t have the luxury to eat everyday at least you have a home, because you’ll never lose your family and that's the honest truth.
