Home is a place, where I can enjoy It is a place where there can be joy Home is a place where I can stay grateful It’s the place where I grow memories It’s the place where I stay rooted, It’s where I go Though house is different It is a structure, a shelter, a cover, an exterior, my protection It’s the one that holds windows, It’s the one that holds the walls It protects me from the rain, the cold and the wind Standing up for me, like a sacrifice It keeps me warm, the perfect temperature Home is the place where I sleep and play, Home is a place where I stay safe Home is the spot to express your feelings It’s where I feel like myself Home is a feeling, or is it a place? Both aren’t wrong, and both are important So as long as I’m with my parents, I’ll feel just like home, Just at home And feel loved With a train of memories, never coming to an end From childhood to trips, home makes us feel like one A house an a home, supported me through all my life Afterall, we stay here with love Home is where I have my food, It’s where I eat Where I live, the place that I keep Where I study, where I learn, Home is where I’m rooted, it’s what I deserve And that is what home did for me
