Meaning of Home

Home is where I feel loved and cared for. Home is relaxing and fun. Home is where I feel content. When I get off the bus my dogs greet me for pats and love. They walk home with me after I get off the bus. At home, my parents tell me they love me, give me lots of hugs and kisses and lay with me at bedtime until I fall asleep. They help me with my school work and chores, they take me to my riding lessons, and soccer games. They make me feel very loved and comfortable at home. Home is fun because I can play with all 33 of my animals, and my 2 brothers. I have a big yard where I can run and play, climb trees, build forts, ride my bike, play in the woods and then relax on the deck with a popsicle. I like to play cards at home with my nana and grandpa when they come over to visit and I like to win. I feel content at home because I like to sleep in my own bed and be at home. I like to watch movies on the couch and read books in my bed. Home is my favorite place to be. I like to go out and do fun things but I always look forward to coming back home. I feel safe at home. I love my home because that’s where my family is and my family means a lot to me. Home is having my comfort things and my family together. Home is feeling happy and comfortable. I love my home.
