The Meaning of Home

If I tell you to close your eyes and think of the first thing that comes to your mind when I say “home”. Yet, everyone has a different point of view for a home. For me, I believe in a home there are three main factors, which are family, relationships, and healthy nutrition. Generally, a family that cares for you, a good relationship with people around you and a good healthy lifestyle is necessary to have when it comes to a home. First of all, family is very important in a home because it forms special relationships. For instance, family is very important for children because they are the child's role models. Also, family is very important for parents because they always have children that depend on them. thus, helping parents not give up when life is at its highest stress. In fact, it is very important to have aldosterone in a home. As we all know that our elders bring tremendous amounts of wisdom that is always needed in a home. At the same time, it is also very true that family is very important for the animal kingdom. Moreover, it is proven that animals living in a large group have a better survival rate and are less likely to be bothered by predators than on their own. Secondly, having a good relationship with people in a home is very important because well first just imagine living with people you hate or dislike. Not only does this make children feel not secured and loved. For example, having a good relationship between parents and children will not only give them a strong bond but also have better understanding between both. Basically everything goes back to normal and the stronger the relationship with each other the more you will enjoy each other's company. Thus, having a good relationship with your child is having more quality time with your child communicating and appreciating each other's company. Lastly, and the most important factor to have in a home would be a healthy diet. Personally I believe Nutrition should be a priority in a home. For instance, nutrition helps your body function and helps your body have enough energy to do daily activities. Furthermore, healthy nutrition can also help with brain development and growth. That said, having no food or eating foods that are not healthy can have a big impact on your health. For example, good nutrition can help reduce high blood pressure. Also, it can help defend against diseases like heart disease, diabetes and it can also help with strokes, some cancers and osteoporosis. In conclusion, I believe in a home the three main factors are as follows. One, ways to make a home feel safe and welcoming. Two, build relationships and make them stronger. Therefore, spending more time with ones you love and developing new relationships. And three, making better choices when it comes to what you eat. If you don't have good and healthy nutrition in a home you can get different diseases and just makes doing daily tasks harder. So remember that a home doesn't just have to be a house, it is also a feeling inside, a feeling that makes you feel safe and warm inside. People are always going out to parties, and going out with friends and it has been very hard for some people to stay home during this pandemic, simply because there is no one to come home to or it's a negative environment or maybe they rather eat out than try to cook. I know a lot of people that have learned to cook over the pandemic but still have no interest. And the number of people that are going through family or relationship issues are sky high. So I believe that having these three main factors in a home will not only improve your lifestyle but also create better opportunities that you might miss out on.
