Meaning of Home

What does home mean? Home means being with my family and making memories. When I am at home I feel comfortable because I am around the people that I love and trust the most in life. My home is really safe because my family is there to protect and guide me through my journey in life. My family has been there for me since I was born and through my younger years. My mom has worked hard to help me grow up and be a gentleman, and she always teaches me to treat everyone with respect. My dad teaches me to be strong, confident, but most of all to always do the best I can. Henry is my older brother who I look up to. He is passionate, fun, loving and I want to grow up and be just like him one day. I love my house. We have furniture, utensils, food, appliances , decorations, clothes, toys, and electronics. My family has provided me with everything including four walls, a roof and heat to keep me warm and safe. My backyard is where I learned to ride my first bike. My house is where I learned to walk with my family holding my hands. Most of all the best part of my home is that my family is always there. Everytime I leave I can't wait to get back to my house because that's where I call home!
