Home, A Sacred Place

Home. A place where I smile. A place where I feel safe. It's where memories are made, with my family and friends. All the joy I have with them, it all resonates in one place, Home. Home to some is a miracle, Home to some is torture. I give respect to my home, others may not. Home is a silver lining to every cloud. Home will always be there for us, wherever you go you can always come back home. Home shields us from the reigning havoc outside, and comforts us with warmth and love inside. Home to me is like a friend. It gives me a bed to sleep, And food to eat. Home is a part of my family, and will always be. Home is like a glue that sticks my family together. Home is where I can be myself. Home is as welcoming as walking into a birthday party. Home is as warm as freshly baked pizza. Me and my home share a powerful bond, which can never break. It’s as thick as a 10 layer pancake. Home is a sacred place. Never take home for granted.
