What is Home?

In my eyes home means being with family, being comfortable, and being at peace. Home can mean a lot of different things to other people too but there are so many different combinations of home I’m not going to list them all. Being with my family is one of the most important things. I am very thankful for them because they gave birth to me and that has allowed me to make friends and have an awesome life. Sometimes I go into the living room, and I find my mom watching tv and texting her friends on her phone. Being comfortable also means many different things to people because most people are different from other people so they would have different definitions of being comfy or being at home or even both. Being comfortable means lying in bed after a day of school or playing on my Oculus™ Quest 2. I have tons of things to make me comfortable in my room and sometimes I watch tv with my mom and sometimes I just hang around in my bed, but I still find a way to get bored somehow. Being at peace is relaxing and fun and it's different from most of the things I’m writing in this essay, but I won't go over how it's different. Peace to me means being stress-free and relaxing. When I want to relax, I start relaxing. Sometimes I get distracted, but I get over it and continue. When I get distracted, I think of something else, and I start to drag off trying to finish whatever it was. I get even more distracted. Being at home means a ton of stuff but home is important. Some people don't even have one and you always must cherish that, but some people don’t cherish it and they get punished. I am not one of those people.
