THE MEANING OF HOME TO ME IS...

I am so grateful for the home I live in. The word house is usually meant to describe a building with four walls and a roof, in which we live. But people forget that the bricks and wood used to build a house are not what makes a house a home. What makes a house a home, is the warm and cozy environment inside. A home can also be the people that live inside. It's a place where families can live and love together. My family is with me in my home. My home is a place filled with memories, joy and love. My home is somewhere where I can feel safe, a place to relax and calm down after a long day of school or work. My home is a place full of smiles and laughter. My home is a place where I belong. You should always remember to never take these things for granted. Many people are not lucky enough to have a home of their own. Many people don't know what it feels like to have a comfy bed, or a safe place to call their own. It seems unfair to me that not everyone is able to have a home. Having a home is something that everyone should be able to experience, whether it is a house or a family!
