The meaning of Home

A home is not just an ordinary building or place that you go in to protect you from the weather, A home is a place filled with joy and hope a place where you will learn from your mistakes. My home is beige with a white door, it looks boring but inside it is love, hope, food, beds, warmth, art, family, a kitchen and a place to eat. I live with my mom, my dad and my sister who is 7 years old. A home should feel comfy, it should feel like home. At home I like snuggling Up by the fireplace while drawing or reading on my bed or even just sitting on the couch thinking about how important my home is and how lucky my family is to even have one. At home I like eating oranges, nuts, stir-fries, pizza, chicken noodle soup with vegies and tofu. Some people don't even have any food or water and we would even be lucky to just have a loaf of bread and a bit of cheese. Now homes will cost even more cause of COVID-19. We are all lucky to have a home know matter who lives there, it is still a home, big or small if it’s long or fat, bright or dark, it will always be a home no matter what.
