The Meaning of Home

Home is my safe place I never feel alone Lots of love and lots of laughter Even though there are ups and downs There will always be love This is where my memories are stored I learned to walk,run and lots more I feel sad for those who don’t have safe place and don’t have a home to have fun, to sleep, to be loved and to be cared for. I’m thankful for habitat for humanity for helping them by giving them shelter. My hope is that everybody who signed up for habitat for humanity will help out others. I hope this poem helps someone get a home to live safe and sound for the rest of their lives.
