A House Is Not A Home...
A house has four walls, a home is where memories are made. A house is not a home…
A house is a building, always a house. A home is a feeling. A home can be different between people. A house, and a home are not the same. A house is a place to put stuff. A home is a place that moves as you travel.
A home can be in a house. A home can change. A home can be anywhere (condo, house, etc.). A house is something usually shared with others (humans and pets). A home is somewhere people (and sometimes animals) live.
A house is always a house, it can never change. A home can be expensive. A home you have to buy, and pay taxes for. You have to pay for a house, you don't need to pay for a home. Everyone deserves to have both a house, and a home.
No matter what you do to a house it is not a home without people. This concludes my essay for Habitat For Humanity’s writing contest.
