What does home mean to me?

What does home mean to me? Home is not only 4 walls and a roof it's about growing memories or making some new ones. Home is where I feel safe, happy and loved. I'm grateful that my home includes my wonderful parents, my little brother that's always full of energy and my adorable puppy, Brynlee. My puppy always welcomes me with a big slobbery kiss and her wagging tale. When I get home from school I know that my family is there to welcome me. I'm usually hungry so I get a little snack. Most of the time, I come home and I share my day. That could include happiness, sadness, excitement or however I'm feeling. After a little while my parents cook delicious food for dinner. In our home this is time for each of us to share about our day. Brynlee likes to come over to the dinner table and sniff our food, then she goes over to her food and eats. Most importantly home to me means a loving and safe place each and every day.
