The Meaning of Home

Home is a safe place. Home is feeling loved. Home means a cozy warm hug. My home is safe because I live in a safe neighborhood with joyful neighbors who are responsible and respectful people. My home is protected from bugs, rain, and mice. I feel secure when I’m with my family in my home because of how much I’m loved. My home is being loved by family and friends. I feel loved when my mom, dad, brother and I are on a road trip to go camping. I adore the memories I have of us all being together when we are camping. As much as we love camping, I love coming back to my cozy home. I feel cherished when my family and I are cuddled up on the couch watching a show. My home is cozy like a warm hug especially when I’m curled up in a ball under the blankets, warm, relaxed, in my bedroom watching anime. Home means coming in from being outside and mom or dad have a steaming, delicious cup of hot chocolate waiting for me. My home is a safe place because I’m surrounded by family that loves me tremendously. My home is a place full of warm and cozy hugs.
