The Meaning of Home

My home is where I watch movies. My home is where I am comfy. My home is where I am cheerful. I love family movie nights. On Fridays after dinner, my mom, my dad and my brother all get nice and toasty warm under the covers on the couch and then, we pick a movie. We always have to shush my brother who does not stop talking about the cool parts of the movie. I love movie nights because of all the laughter that we share. My home is super comfy because it’s always warm and if I am sick, my yellow eyed cat will be there to cuddle me. Her face would nuzzle me. My parents will put their big black television in my room. They make me really comfy tucked underneath my warm, weighted blanket. It’s not only my parents who treat me like a princess and who are so nice to me, my brother brings me breakfast in bed. Most younger brothers would not do that. My home is really cheerful. My family and I always have each other’s back. Whenever my brother comes home upset because he got kicked in the crotch, my parents stand by his side and give him advice. We always hang out together and we have fun. We play the Game of Life, Uno, Monopoly, Yahtzee and Exploding Kittens. We don't care who wins or loses because we’re so cheerful that we don’t need to argue about it. We look forward to having a nice, homemade hot chocolate after a cold day sledding. My home is the best home that I could ever ask for because my family and I always have fun movie nights, I am always comfy and I love my home because it’s cheerful.
