The Meaning of Home

My story begins like this Hi, I’m Taha I was born on December 16, born in Kitchener, me, my mom, my dad, my two brothers live in my home. This is my home. My home is filled with my memories are you ready for an adventure. A home is a place where a family is together. One of the first memories I remember of home is that I was having a dog named Julie. Julie was a very sweet dog, my dad brought her when she was just a few months old. One time there was rooster got out and she tried to be it back but at the end I just brought the rooster back and her. Julie liked people and didn’t like a lot of dogs so there was a lot of funny memories like one was we went hiking with Julie and we saw another dog by itself, but they liked each other, and they spent all the hike together. Another memory is my hat its special because it shows me to never give up like how my parents immigrated to Canada as refuges and at the time there wasn’t, habitat for humanity so it was hard at the time, but they never gave up. You might be wondering why I’m telling you about an item because a home is filled with items that you hold heart to yourself and others like you family, a house is filled with nothing just windows, doors and rooms but can be filled to be a home. I have told you a lot about me and some memories I hope that a lot of people can have memories of being at home, having fun with friends and family, walking a dog, watching movies at home, and having a home. thanks to habitat for humanity people can make memories at home and have a home thank you habitat for humanity.
