The meaning of a home.

I used to think that a home was just a place that you live under to stay alive. Well it is but it means so much more than that. Like Memories, Security, and most importantly, Family. Memories make me happy. Especially the memories that I have with my family and friends In my home. My favorite memory was in the summertime. Me and my sister wanted a pool, but of course we didn't have enough space in our backyard. So we bought an inflatable pool. And when we were done, we jumped in so quickly that we didn't even realize that the water was still cold. Memories that can be sad, happy, or even frustrating. But no matter where you move, Memories will follow along. Shelter/security makes me feel safe in my home and it feels good to be safe. I feel safe when my sister comforts me when I'm upset, it leaves me with a big smile on my face. I feel safe when my mom gives me hugs. They make me feel warm and loved. I feel safe when I go to sleep in my super comfy bed and fall asleep knowing I'm loved by my whole family. Family makes me smile. Family helps you alot in your life. I find it useful when my sister helps me clean the house because it isn't quite easy cleaning alone! And baking too! I love to make sweet treats with my mom and sister. And family is made to be there for eachother when you’re upset, mad, or sad. My sister always loves to help me by fixing my hair. And even helping me pack my lunch. No matter what, family is there for you. Family is the thing that makes a home, a home We all love happy memories, they never fail to put a smile on your face. So even if you move somewhere else, It's always nice to make new memories. It starts with a home, and it leaves you with a bunch of memories.
