Home

A place where you belong, And can be yourself, No one can understand how you feel at your home But some can relate to the feeling of tranquil and calm All homes are different Big home, small home, Maybe not even a structure Sometimes it's a matter of gratefulness But all can say when your in your home There is no better feeling you can behold No matter who you are Or how you feel Home is Home And no one can take that away. Even in the darkest of times home finds A way to make you smile and rest. If one is in need we invite them in for a night Then it is a home for them too Home is a place where all are happy But some don’t welcome people with open arms If you feel ever unsafe, Home will provide shelter and warmth When winter comes the warmth is much more appreciated But some don’t have a nice warm fireplace, Sometimes it’s just being able to not feel cold, But they are used to this and happy in their home, Now, home is not a big structure with a fireplace, It’s sometimes a small paper bag, Home is a place of tranquille and happiness, So ask you just this once to remember, That home is home no matter how small or how big.
