Home Is Where the Heart Is

"Home is where the heart is" is right! There is no other place where you feel loved, warm and cozy. It doesn't just mean that you live there. It is more than that. Reason number one is that it means that you feel safe. It is like you know that you are protected. You know that your family is there to protect you. Just being there makes you feel safe and comfortable. It also means that when you are there, your surrounded by people you love, your family or your pets! Even when Covid is driving us crazy, your family still is there. Even if your brothers are always in the basement playing video games, it is still nice to know that they're there and that I am really lucky. Last but certainly not least, you always feel cozy and you can be yourself. You feel warm and nice, but cozy does not mean that you need to be warm and bundle up. It means you are in your own space and have no fear of what people people think of you. Home means much more than these three things and every house is different. Like people, they may look the same but the way they are structured are different. That's why we love our homes.
