What Home Means to Me
A home is a place where you start
Your paradise,
I’ll tell you all about it
I’ll be quite concise,
Your home is where you are raised
and where you grow,
It’s your habitat,
the place to glow
Quantity of possessions you can create
But neither will it take you to the portal
Nor your future gate,
A property, where you can
Be nourished and be healthy,
With a positive attitude and a
Life of joyful that's like eternity
And soon enough,
Your expectations will be wealthy
Shields and walls a house can have
Protecting you,
From disasters behalve
Mighty roof above our heads
Hurricanes of accidents,
Is beyond our comfortable beds
Amazing structures transporting warmth
To us,
Amplitudes of astounding facts we can
Definitely discuss
In our homes we can manufacture memories,
Loads of lovely pictures for when we
Grow up and look back to see
Our habitats are not just our protection
And shield,
For me, I think of it as a family
It's everything I need.
