My Home Sweet Home

My home is a shelter and a blessing Big or small, it’s a gift that’s mine even without asking Family connection that is enduring forever No matter what, love is always there for each other. I know I am safe in a place where I am not being judged We may argue and fight, but no one ever holds a grudge I feel protected and secure, because the love around me is pure. My home is not just a house With warm hugs, it is full of love that we espouse I am thankful for the helping hand For family, we stand I feel accepted as a person in my home I feel guarded and protected all day long I feel as if nothing bad will get to my core. I feel I surely don’t want anything more I am lucky to have this home It doesn’t let me feel alone It lets me roam With someone who makes me roll. I learn everyday in this home I learn to have fun, be thankful for more My home means a lot to me It brings together my family.
