The True Meaning Of Home

Most people think home is where you live. The truth is that home is that and more. Home can be anything. It's where you celebrate being alive, where you savor the little victories and learn from your losses. Home is where you learn the most. You learn even more than school. You learn how to walk, talk, count, eat, and most importantly live! You make memories, connections and choices! That’s why home’s important. Home can also be a feeling. It’s happiness, fun and pride in one. Everyone should get a chance to experience this feeling. Sadly, some can’t. Some people have nowhere to go after a long day or anywhere to keep warm on a windy day. It’s very sad and since we all have a home and more, we tend to forget the meaning of the word and how most aren’t so lucky. The amount of people who don’t have a home is large. The word home is short, but the word has a bigger meaning than you may think.
