Meaning of Home

What does home mean to me? Home is a place where I can be myself where I can share my feelings and to be free from the world. Home is my life. Home is a special place to me is because of all the family fun we have together. When I think of the time together, I think of Friday nights when my family and I pick a movie or a game together. Whenever we choose a game my mom or dad get a big plate of snacks like crackers and cheese. We love to play games. When we pick a movie, we pop popcorn and get treats and then we all get comfortable and watch together! I also know when I am at home when I smell the food that my dad makes for dinner and when I see my dog. My family and I foster dogs and puppies. They are so special to us and a part of our family. We foster dogs and puppies because we want them to find the perfect home! I believe everyone deserves a special place of their own. Even animals. The final reason home is a special place for me is because of the time we spend as a family. No matter where I am as long as I am with my family, I feel connected to home. When I am at home love flows through my house and throughout my life. When I go outside my house to school or somewhere beside my house, I can feel the love go with me and it makes me feel HAPPY and good inside. Home is in my in my heart forever.
