Home is where my dog greets me at the door With her eager, gentle face. My best friend. Home is a place where you feel Cozy and safe, And can share your feelings when you are afraid. Home is a place where I step into my room and a light, sweet smell greets me. My room is my place to concentrate on the big things in life. My room is private, quiet and my very own. Home is a place where you are loved. It is a place where smiles shine down And you are encouraged to keep pressing on. Home is a place where you can be you. You don’t have to hide anything Or feel unsure. Home is much more than a place where you live.
