What Home Means to ME

What Home Means To Me - by Ava Maria Campbell Home is where our story begins. My mom has a picture in our living room. That’s where I got this saying. I have lived in my home for nine years now with my family and I have a lot of good memories already. I don’t know where i would be if i was not in the home i am in today. Home gives me comfort because it makes me feel safe. it makes me feel happy when I look at it. When my mom drives into the driveway I look at our home and say in my head “I can't wait to go in it.”Then I go into the house I go into my room and sometimes I lay on the floor. Our house has electricity for all of the power, lights, heat and warm. The heat is when I am in the house and I am not too cold. The lights is when it is too dark and so I turn them on when I find a switch. Home to me is loving because I am with my family and they are nice to me. We sit on the couch together and we talk with each other. In conclusion that is what home means to me, comfort, electricity, loving and kind.
