The Meaning of Home

The meaning of home to me is that it is where the family meets up and does special things such as Birthdays, celebrate holidays and Celebrate Christmas. People who don’t have homes and don’t have families to go to when it is cold outside and can’t get a hot meal or a bed to sleep in at night; is Probably why Habitat for Humanity is accepting any donations and is building a huge building so the homeless can have a place to go to, at these hard times. Whenever I see someone on the side of the road and they have a sign that says Homeless, or got laid off and lost my home, then I have an emotional feeling. The feeling is like a mixture of sadness and anger and I feel like I want to do something to help them. I think why my whole Family comes over at Christmas is because we all believe in The birth of Jesus. Why I think home is important is because it is the place where family is born by continuing their legacy; if they have a legacy under their last name. My family has Five generations which my mom says “you don’t see five generation families anymore. My mom's grandma, my mom’s mom, my mom, my sister, and my niece. That is my Five generation family. I have Three sisters and five brothers.
