Home

Home means different things to different people. This is what home means to me. I have an amazing family. We all have a similar sense of humor, so any joke that gets told we all laugh. Before Covid we went on many road trips together. We went to amusement parks like Canada's Wonderland and shows like Cirque Du Soleil. My family and I have lots of board games and most nights we play at least one game. I have a lot of fun with my family. My family and I like to be outside as much as we can. We like to hike in forests and go for walks. In the summer I like to play a fun game that me, my sister and my dad created. The game that we made up is where my sister stands in the middle of the backyard with a hockey stick. Then me and my dad try to throw a frisbee back and forth to each other without my sister knocking it down with the hockey stick. It may seem like a complicated game but it's really fun once you get the hang of it! In the winter I like to have snowball fights and go skiing with my family. We all enjoy being outside. My house is comfortable . It is comfortable because I have many places to sit like comfy chairs and couches. At home there are different rooms like the kitchen, the living room and we all have our own bed rooms. We have lots of space and it never feels too crowded. We also have heat and air conditioning. I know that I’m lucky to have all these things. That is what home means to me.
