Home is more than just Shelter
Home is more than just shelter, home is a memory. Home is a place, where my family and I take care of each other, when we fall down we help each other get back up and put our sorrows behind. Home is where my parents pay to protect me and my siblings and do whatever they can to make us happy. Except they don't just pay with money, they pay with love. Home is special because it is generous, and reliable to keep me safe and healthy. My house has memories because it is mine and my family’s. My home is Loyal, to do what it does for me. It keeps me safe, warm, and bright, so bright it is hard to even describe. My home makes me happy because it takes care of me and keeps me safe and warm. My house has specialties, It is alive in its own way, it brings me joy, and so so much more.
My favourite things about my house are that it has love for me, it has so much love within the walls, the floors, and everything within the household. I am grateful to have a home because not everyone does have a home. Some people are all alone in this cold, world and don't know what to do with themselves because they have no home to go to and no bed to sleep in. Some places like Rwanda, Uganda, and Mozambique don't have homes, and I feel so bad for them and if I could I would give them a home. To sleep, to eat, to lay, to drink, and to enjoy themselves. To fully enjoy themselves. Home is not home if it doesn't have love or life. If your house does not have memories, make them. Memories complete your house, and as you grow, your house grows too.
What makes a place home? Does home have to be an apartment, condo, household? Not at all. Home doesn't have to be a building at all actually. Home is a place where you cherish your memories and loved ones. Where you take care of yourself and your family and friends. Where you love and get loved. Where you can stay comfortably and safe. Home is where you can feel care free. Home doesn't have to be your house owned by you. It could be your best friends house or your grandparents house. Home is more than just a shelter, it is love.
