I Am So Lucky

I love my home. I am so lucky. My family keeps me safe and happy and my bed keeps me warm while I sleep. I have a big bedroom and a TV that I watch every day. I also have a comfy tent that my dog Storm comes in. He is a beautiful, amazing dog that my dad knew I really wanted. Sometimes I make a fort out of a mattress, pillow, and blanket and I enjoy playing with my dolls and taking care of them. It is like they are real. I also play with my toys. I play, and play, and play with them. On my dad’s property, there is an island. I have been out to the island but last summer the bridge broke so we have to replace it. I can still go swimming in the lake with my family and my dog. The wild animals are amazing! I love animals. I see deer, bears, bunnies, rabbits, snow owls or regular owls, snakes, mice, and rats. I also love the flowers around my house in the summer where I can see amazing Canadian flowers like daisies, roses, and all kinds of other pink and red flowers. I know I am home when I see the trees. I have been in this home for three years now and I never want to leave. I have a lot of good memories here with my family and my dog. I hope that all kids have a story like mine.
