The Meaning of Home

The meaning of home to me is that it’s a place where I feel warmth and love. Home means to me that I don’t have to worry about my belongings and if they are going to get lost or broken. Home also means to me that my family is safe and that I am safe with them. Home is where I make memories with my family and friends; even with my pets. Home is where I wake up and have a full plate of breakfast; I just sit and eat with my family. Home is warm and cozy and the best place to be when I have had a bad day. Home is peaceful when I am in a room that is quiet. Home is where I don’t go to sleep with friends until it is 4:00 a.m. in the morning and we are having so much fun. Home is where I get mad at my brother, but at the end of the day, we are both still a great brother and sister. Home means to me that me and my family watch movies all night and have the best time. Home is where I am cooking with my mom and we make a big mess but the food is the best. Home is where I can go when I have had a bad day but my family is there to comfort me. And this is why my home means so much to me.
