Meaning of Home

To me, home is a place of love and happiness that will always welcome me. Home is where I feel secure and respected. Home gives me what I need to live and to learn. I can be who I want to be at home and I can cry when I’m sad and laugh when I’m happy. At home, I am able to share my happiness as well as my sadness. At home, I always feel I am cared for. Home is a place where family can share burden and grief because life is not always full of sunshine. Home is where I can recharge myself with hope and dreams when I’m feeling discouraged or frustrated. Home feels like part of my family and when I leave home, I miss home. To me, home doesn't have to be a house, it is somewhere my heart belongs. And I will always cherish my home.
