What Home Means to Me

Hello. This is my writing for “What Home Means to Me.” Let me start explaining! Home means a comfortable and safe place to sleep when it is raining. I mean most people don’t have a home, so I am really grateful for a place to keep my head dry. If I didn’t have a home, I would be living on the street without any shelter to keep me warm. This is one of the reasons of what home means to me. Another reason is that I can find love, laughter and my family in my home. I can find love and laughter by spending time with my family while my mom and dad tell me and my sister jokes. We also play board games like Monopoly to keep the high spirit up! I can find peace and old memories in our home. When our family gets tired from all the things we did and it becomes very quiet, we peacefully relax on the couch and watch to past the time. Since I moved in our new home 2 years ago, I made lots of good and bad memories but let me just talk about the good memories I don’t want to get negative here! One of my good memories are ME AND MY SISTER SQUIRTING EACHOTHER WITH COLD WATER INSIDE OUR WTAER GUNS! I can also store my favorite things in my home. Like my electronics and some food! Without our home, our things will get damaged and won’t work anymore. Our food will be spoiled if it didn’t get stored. Our clothes will get ripped apart by the obstacles. This is my writing for “What Home Means to Me”. I hoped you liked reading it!
