What My Home Means to Me

My home is my favorite place to be. Where I laugh, play, sleep and read. When I'm there I always smile Or I take a nap for a while. My home is strong with sturdy walls. They protect me from the howling winds. And from the icy cold. I am safe, that’s what I know. My home is where I like to cook. The aromas fill the room. I am surrounded by the pleasant scents And family gathers at the table. My home is where I can be myself. I express my emotions. Happy, mad or sad. But at the end of the day, I’m always loved. My home is cozy. My home is safe. My home is full of love. My home is mine.
