The Meaning of a Home

A home is not just a house with things inside of it, the thing that makes a house a home is the people inside it. A home is a place where you can go to after a long day. A home is a place where you can stay warm. A home is a place where you can feel safe. Sometimes you don’t acknowledge what you have. You can go home to warmth and safety and play video games and eat food. But lots of people don’t have that right now, lots of people don’t have a warm, safe, place to go to because of the pandemic and people immigrating here. It is such a luxury to have a home, so please just take a moment to appreciate everything you have. Because you don’t want to be living on the streets with an empty stomach, no warmth, and no loving energy. So why should they have to?
